Transactional Analysis

Transactional Analysis (TA) is a theory of personality and a systematic approach to achieving personal, interpersonal and organisational development. Created by Eric Berne in the late 1950's, TA became a widely used method of group psychotherapy.
TA has grown in its range of application and the richness of its interpretation. In addition to its success in the field of psychotherapy TA has gained major recognition for its effectiveness in developing individuals, teams and organisations. It is also used extensively in schools and in adult education as a creative and supportive framework for influencing learning.
