Skills Development Programme The on-going skills development programme is the route to becoming a Certified Transactional Analyst. To become a CTA takes 4-5 years of part-time study and certification at this level requires the successful completion of a written examination, including a detailed case study, and an oral examination. Alternative qualification options are currently being developed through the Institute of Developmental Transactional Analysis. The skills development programme focuses on important organisational themes in order to explore and integrate a range to TA concepts and professional practice models. We offer nine two day modules each year. Day one is a training day which provides teaching of theory and the opportunity to explore how this might be used in practice. Day two is a supervision day involving individual and group work and the focus is offering participants the opportunity to resolve personal, interpersonal and professional issue. | ||
